Kit contents:
- 100% cotton, 12 holes per inch needlepoint canvas pre-printed with the design so you always know exactly where to stitch
- Canvas edges bound with organic cotton tape to prevent the wool snagging as you stitch
- 100% British wool in all the colours you need
- 2 tapestry needles
- A needle threader
- An A3 printed colour & stitch guide
Please note: This kit does not include an embroidery frame, backing materials or cushion insert.
Finished size: 40cm x 40cm — can be made into a cushion or framed in a standard 16" square frame.
Level: Suitable for confident beginners and above.
How long will it take? Most stitchers complete this kit in 90–180 hours — a wonderfully absorbing project to dip in and out of over several weeks.

I began needlepointing in 1980.
I found tiny ads in British Country Living, and wrote to them from NYC requesting a catalog and sent a money order for pounds to mail by post. I still order from Ehrman Tapestry, Elizabeth Bradley, Beth Russell but now can easily order by the Internet.
What I love about sewsew mellow.
A compact kit folded into a box with items easily to get to, and most importantly bonded. Not just bonded beautifully bonded.
The above Companies I name with the exception of Beth Russell charge more money, deliver a nicely constructive box that is impractical and there is no bounding. Crazy.
