Shipping policy

My working week is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and I aim to dispatch any orders from my workspace in London as promptly as possible within a maximum of 2 working days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email once your order has been packed and dispatched to the courier. Below you will find information on shipping costs and approximate delivery timeframes. Rest of World: Upon arrival in your country, you may be asked to pay tax, customs duties and/or an admin or clearance fee. The specific rates will be set by your country and vary subject to location. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Sew Sew Mellow. If you do not pay the additional fees, we won’t be able to refund your order as the package will be considered lost.
