Refund policy
I very much hope that you are happy with your Sew Sew Mellow order, but there may be a few occasions where you need to return something. Please email hello@sewsewmellow.com if you have any questions.
Non Faulty Returns
If you would like to return a kit that is not faulty, I would be happy to fully refund the cost of your purchase, provided it is returned in its original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition within 30 days. Once I am in receipt of your returned item you will receive a refund within 14 days.
Sale items, gift cards and digital downloads are non-refundable.
Exchanges
I understand that you might change your mind about an item when you receive your order, and I am happy to carry out an exchange for you provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition within 30 days. Please email hello@sewsewmellow.com to organise your exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All orders will of course be dispatched in pristine condition but if your order has been damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible (within 14 days) via hello@sewsewmellow.com . Please include your order number and most importantly any photographs of the damaged goods and or packaging. I will then do my best to replace any faulty or damaged elements or provide a full refund if required.
Error with your order?
Every order placed with Sew Sew Mellow is packed with care but if I have made a mistake I sincerely apologise and ask that you please let me know of any missing or incorrect items along with your order number, within 14 days of delivery via hello@sewsewmellow.com. I will do my best to remedy the error as quickly as possible.
